We took the 3x4 body of an aluminum downspout and placed a reducer in the top and bottom to fit the smaller 2x3 downspout. Yes it looks like a little bump on the wall. This is a piece of downspout with a hole cut into it so expect some water to find its way out. Yes, you will get leakage! The reducers are supplied separately - The top "cap" and the bottom "funnel" are molded plastic.
